Technical Account Manager

As a colocation client you have multiple options at ColoGuard. If you would like to sit back and focus on your business instead of worrying about your IT equipment and its functionality we offer Managed Colocation Services.  ColoGuard managed services clients are at the highest level of priority and will notice it from Day 1.

You get assigned a Dedicated Technical Account Manager who will be your main point of contact throughout your stay at ColoGuard facility. Should an issue arise, you are instructed to contact your Dedicated Technical Account Manager by way of phone or email for an immediate resolution.  After speaking with your Dedicated Technical Account Manager, your issue is automatically routed to our colocation datacenter and we immediately begin working on a resolution to your problem.

In-House Data Center

ColoGuard has its own 15,000 sq ft state of the art facility located right in the heart of Brooklyn, NY only minutes away from NYC. Our datacenter is manned 24/7/365 with experienced administrators working around the clock. If you need to come in and work on your equipment in the middle of the night someone will always be here to let you in and lend a hand. Our datacenter features some of the most hi-tech security and impressive layouts designed for expansion in all of NYC.

We feature Security card access to enter the facility, Biometric readers to enter our highly secured Datacenter, and CCTV cameras with a 12 Month recording time if we ever need to rewind and review footage. We also feature 5 Tier-1 Networks that are completely redundant of each other, redundant core Cisco switches, and redundant power grids from two separate utility companies. We have over 10.15MVA of available power to accommodate any growth your company may face. In additional we are a carrier neutral facility, and feature N+2 power redundancy, a multi-gigabit network, over 200 tons of cooling and unlike any other Colocation facilities we offer no monthly cross connect fees.
